Victory on Leonard is a $21 Million, 120-Unit, Mixed-Use apartment development located at 900 W Leonard Street in Northwest Grand Rapids, MI.
The original Grand Rapids YMCA building was located here, and in 2020 Victory Development Group purchased it with the intent to develop and build apartment units. We broke ground in November, 2021 and are scheduled to welcome our first residents in Summer, 2023.
As developer, Jeff has delivered nearly $400M in large apartment and high-rise projects in MI, GA, TN and TX. These projects created nearly 1,500 residential units and over 40,000 sf of retail. Jeff is also the owner of 1025 Ventures and Partner in Honor Construction.
